Halloween Tote Bag

This Halloween Tote Bag with cell phone pocket and ribbon closure is made of a really cute novelty fabric that looks like vintage postcards. I thought it was really sweet. For this one I flipped the bag and made it a little higher than wider. Not sure which way I like better!
